Garath Thomas
Co-Owner, CrossFit Brisbane
Garath is the co-owner of CrossFit Brisbane and a CF-L2 Trainer with additional credentials in Weightlifting and Gymnastics. He began CrossFit in 2014 to support his endurance training but quickly embraced it fully.
With over 16 years in service industry leadership, he brings a strong focus on quality coaching, professionalism, and delivering real results that change lives.
Tennille Thomas
Co-Owner & General Manager, CrossFit Brisbane
Tennille is the co-owner of CrossFit Brisbane and a CF-L2 Trainer, certified Nutrition Coach, and experienced educator. With over 16 years as a secondary school teacher, she excels in communication, leadership, and system-building.
She holds multiple certifications, including Weightlifting and Kids, and coaches across adult, kids, and teens programs. Tennille drives quality and consistency across the gym, ensuring high standards in both coaching and member experience.
Alana Biggam
Head Coach, CrossFit Brisbane
Alana is the Head Coach at CrossFit Brisbane, known for her experience, leadership, and technical expertise. A CF-L2 Trainer with a Health Science degree, she also holds certifications in Mobility, Scaling, and Weightlifting.
She leads the Vitality Program, supporting older adults and adaptive athletes. A former pro volleyballer and CrossFit Regionals competitor, Alana brings sharp, caring, and high-standard coaching to every session.
Julia Paul
Coach, CrossFit Brisbane
Originally from New Caledonia, Julia moved to Australia to pursue her dream of becoming a CrossFit coach. As a CF-L1 Trainer, with additional certifications in Weightlifting, she brings energy, care, and a strong work ethic to every class.
Known for her professionalism and connection with members, Julia stands out for her dedication and maturity beyond her years — a true rising talent in quality coaching.
