Term 3 Dates

13 July to 18 September.

Term 3 runs for 10 weeks.

Class Times

Monday to Friday

4:00pm - 4:45pm.

Age Group

Suitable for kids aged 5-11.

Older, more athletic kids may be better suited to our Teens program.

Class Options

Fixed Day: 1 class per week.

Flexi Pack: up to 3 classes per week.

Spots Are Limited

Each class is capped at a maximum of 10 kids to keep the environment safe, fun, and personal.

A few spots have already been claimed.

Coaches

Sessions are led by CFB coaches using age-appropriate progressions, clear standards, and a strong focus on confidence, safety, and fun.

Squat, push, pull, run, jump, climb. We teach the fundamental movement patterns with light or no load, age-appropriate progressions, and games that make learning stick.

Strong, capable kids perform better in sport, sleep better, focus better, and grow into adults with a healthy relationship to exercise. We're not training them for the next event - we're setting them up for the next 50 years.

Kids get an hour where they are moving, listening, trying, laughing, and learning how to use their body well.

Is It Safe?

Yes. Because It Is Coached For Kids.

  • Light loads or no load at all while kids learn how to move well first.
  • Technique comes before intensity, and the intensity is scaled to where each kid is right now.
  • Games and progressions replace grinding workouts, especially with younger kids.
  • Coaches guide the room, set clear standards, and keep the environment positive and age-appropriate.
  • We have years before any of them needs to push hard, and we use that time the way it should be used.

Kids

Ages 5-11 / Ability Dependent

Fun-led classes with bodyweight movement, light equipment, games, skills, and short workouts. Older, more athletic kids may be better suited to our Teens program. If you are unsure, just ask and we will point you in the right direction.

Teens

Usually 11-17 / Ability Dependent

More structure, light barbells, proper workouts, and the strength and skill development that carries straight into adult training when they are ready.
