Kickstarter to Training Postpartum
Whether returning to training, or just starting out, our 8 week postpartum programme provides a personalised approach to CrossFit suitable to each individual’s needs.
Supported by a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and Myotherapist, it is specifically designed to build a healthier, fitter and more active version of yourself, giving you the energy and right mindset to be the best you.
The programme is suitable for any point in your postpartum journey, with the minimum requirement being cleared for exercise (by your obstetrician/midwife/doctor/pelvic floor physiotherapist, typically around 6 weeks postpartum).
