Whether returning to training, or just starting out, our 8 week postpartum training kickstarter provides a personalised approach to CrossFit suitable to your needs.
Supported by a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and Myotherapist, it is specifically designed to build a healthier, fitter and more active version of yourself, giving you the energy and right mindset to be the best you.
The programme is suitable for any point in your postpartum journey, with the minimum requirement being cleared for exercise (by your obstetrician/midwife/doctor/pelvic floor physiotherapist, typically around 6 weeks postpartum).

8 week programme
- Access to 3 Private Training sessions with one of our Postpartum Coaches prior to joining group classes + 1 at the halfway point
- Unlimited access to all classes
- Child supervision during 9:15-10:15am classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in our dedicated Kids’ Room
- Specialised programming provided for all group classes
- Pelvic Floor Health considerations and practice
- Suitable for all levels of experience and fitness
- Access to 3 months of discounted membership rate after the 8 weeks
